What to include

A few sentences are enough: what happens today, what is not working, how often the problem occurs, who it affects, and what a better result would look like. Add a public website link if relevant. Please leave out passwords, confidential documents, and sensitive personal information.

I am accepting new enquiries. Before any work starts, we agree a fixed scope, the fee for that scope and my availability. Your message is not an order or a reserved slot.
