My background spans hands-on IT infrastructure and collaboration tools, solution and integration architecture, enterprise architecture leadership at ŠKODA AUTO and data architecture work at Siemens. I apply that experience to choosing useful tools, improving information flow and making changes easier to maintain.
Solutions you can understand and maintain
You work directly with me. I start with the task and the people doing it, then look for the smallest useful change: remove a step, simplify a process, configure an existing tool, connect systems, automate a bounded task or build only when needed.

My own projects include this bilingual website and Architecture Workbench, reusable guidance for technical decisions and AI-assisted code changes. You can inspect both here. They show how I work; they are not customer case studies or evidence of measured client savings.
AI helps; people decide
I use and test AI-assisted technical workflows with checks along the way and decisions made by people. I evaluate broader uses of AI in business on specific tasks.
